Wow what a great week! Really the beginning was hard, but man it turned around quick! That is what is so great about serving the Lord, when you are doing bad it is so easy to turn around super quick! Because he is always here for you no matter what and I have learned that a lot this week! About 2 weeks ago we had cambios and I don't know why I didn't write about it sorry! But I am still with hna Pari because she is training me! My missionary mommy! Haha she is great! But our district leader changed! He was the junior comp. to our other district leader se llama Elder Brown he only has 7 months in his mission! Which is crazy that he is a district leader here because us Americans never have that haha - usually 12 months! He is a great leader I look up to him a lot and he is leading our district to success! Which is great! Oh he is also a trainer so our district is all newbees! Haha but it is good, 4 Americas and 2 Latinos! We had zone conference this week also and it was so great!! Our zone works really hard and we have great success! Our mission had 1775 baptisms this last year (2013) and our goal for 2014 is 2400! The lord really is hastening his work! Also we had interviews with our mission president! He is truly called of God! I am sad that we are getting a new president soon because I love him and his wife so much but he has bigger and better things to do! In our interview at the end we had been talking for like 10 minutes and I got up to leave and he said that my spanish is really good! Haha I think that he tells that to everyone but it made me feel great! On wednesday we were in a lesson and one of our invest. called us on the phone so hna Pari took the call and I just sat there for like 30 seconds thinking to myself, "crap what should i do..." but we where teaching lesson 1 the restoration and I always teach most all of this lesson so I put my big girl pants on and taught the lesson! All by myself!! It was a great feeling I was able to understand her and I hope she understood me! We have another lesson with her this Wednesday so I guess that it wasn't too bad! Also hna Pari was proud of me! We are teaching a boy se llama Alejando and he is 15 years! He is great but the only problem is that he doesn't believe in God.. but he is praying and trying to increase his faith! This last Monday in FHE I about died - Dani this story is for you... I was getting into my backbag to get out my agenda to write something down and it was in the middle of the lesson so I was trying to be quiet... well don't worry, there was a huge spider in my backpack... I freaked out! Like it was terrible and so they asked me what was wrong and of course I don't know the word for spider so I then had to explain that there was an insect with 8 legs in my backpack.. it was most likely the funniest thing for them because I was freaking out and it was hard to talk haha great story so the mom took my bag and stared looking for the spider but couldn't find it.. she was like there is nothing here so I then thought wow I freaked out for nothing so I start to look for my agenda again... nope still there freaked out again and she took it and grabbed the spider with her hand and threw it out.. and then said that thing is small.. not small - huge!!! That night we went and got foot long hot dogs! They where great and I have a picture of that! On to the best part! Our baptism! se Llama Sabrina she is great! So cute she has 9 years and has been taking the lessons for about a year but lives with her grandparents so we could never find her mom to get her permiso! But this week we found her and she signed the papers!! It was so great! Friday it was raining hard and so we had fear that she would be able to make it to her baptism so we prayed and prayed and prayed some more! And the Lord answered our prayers the rain stopped and we where able to have a great interview she was so cute she needed help with the interview questions so she kept asking me to quiz her! So I helped her a lot! Saturday was wonderful! Really so great! To see her enter into the water of baptism so was great! It was almost my day... but I held it in! Haha she is wonderful and you can see the glow in her eyes! Plus she was at church yesterday so she received the Holy Ghost! It was so great! This week has had its hard points but man it has turned out amazing! I am so grateful more and more everyday for this mission. I learn so much and it really is amazing! SO SO hard but SO SO SO SO worth it I would change it for the world! To answer some questions of people my favorite food here is the empanadas! They are so good! But something different this week I ate was cow stomach and I hated it! But usually the food is really good! Not much different really but very good! I am just sick of breaded chicken and rice.. 15 more months to go with that one! Thank you all for the kind words! I am sorry if i don't write you back right when I get your letters but I will try! Love you all talk to you soon! I know this church is true and love serving the lord! Talk to you next week!

What a year!
WOW I can't believe that it really is 2014! It is crazy to think about it! This week has been really good! I have had some break thoughs with the language! haha! Every Sunday we eat lunch with the Bishop and this week I was able to talk with them and carry on a conversation! It was a little rough but they understood! Also we have sister training leaders! It is a zone calling for the Hermanas because there is so many of us now and I was able to talk with the sister from Uruguay, and her Spanish is so hard to understand! But really the Lord has helped me a lot this week! New years eve was good! Because everyone here drinks on that night we had to be in our house at 7:30 so we didnt have alot of time to work. We were planning for the next day and we here this rock hit our window... we live on the second floor.. we didnt think much about it so we kept planning and then another one! haha I had a lot of fear, because I am a baby lets be real! Then Hermana Pari said "oh remember that one of the less active people that we visited today said that he would bring us food"... he only has 16 years! haha so we when outside and he had another rock and went to throw it and then he saw us! haha it was so good I will put a picture of it on here! It was chicken and potatos, so yummy!! It was really funny! We ate dinner and then went to bed! haha sleep is a sacred thing here in the field! This week we were able to contact alot of people! Which was really nice! OH MY I ALMOST FORGOT!!! We have our 1st bautismo this week! I am so excited she is 9 years and she is so great! Right now her aunt is taking the lessons also! I am so excited! When we went to her house to talk with her mom her mom was not so sure at 1st because she was bautized in the church católico pero. When we explained the authority she understood and said that it was okay! It just goes to show that the gospel is true! Really! Yesterday at church there was a person that we didn't know in the meeting so we went and asked him who he was and it turns out that he is a past investigator in our area and wanted to come back to church! It was really good we have a appiontment with him later this week! We contacted una referencia and it is the cutest family! And they are really good! They have talked with missionaries in the past and want us to come back and teach them later this week! Yesterday we headed to a part of our area that is like 35 minutes of walking away and were able to contact a family, they want to now more about the church also! Friday we went to a less active members house to talk with them and they werent home but we started talking with the son that opened the door and he isn't a member. He knew so much about the gospel it is crazy! I really think that he is close to being ready to accpet the gospel! The work is so crazy here, the people are really being prepared in so many ways! Today we went to a park and ate lunch played VOLLEYBALL and just chilled it was really fun! I will put some pictures of that on here! The pictures from last week are of my house and the buildings right by my house! I usually don't have my camera with me during the week because it is kind of dangerous! and I don't want to lose it but I will try to be better at taking pictures!
Always remember that this gospel is true! Their are so many things that just fall into place here! Too many hearts that are wide open to hear this gospel for it not to be true! I am more and more greatful everyday for the gospel! Really it has changed my life! FOREVER! Thank you for all of the support that you give me! You are all so amazing! Never forget that you are never alone! The Lord it always with us and is more than willing to help whenever we need it, all you need to do is ask! Knock on his door and he will come to help you with all things! Love you all so much, hope all is well! I would love to hear from you all! haha you know who you are if you aren't writing me.... Jk Thanks for everything! Talk to you soon!!
