Our ward is great!! It is big the members are willing to help us and we are able to have a lot of success because the work in always better when we have the members helping us!!! Yesterday i don't know how but with a miracle 11 our of invest. were able to come to church is was amazing!!!
Miracle of this week!! The hermanas have been teaching a family that is a mom and her 2 hijas she is not living with her the father of her hijas but we have been teaching them!! We taught the mom and she has been responding really well and Saturday we finally met her boyfriend.. and he is really great also!! We taught them the Book of Mormon and invited them to read together and come to church with us!!! And well they came and they loved it!!! IT WAS GREAT!!! They have been having a few problems and they is the reason they they aren't living together but they loved it and it was so cute to see them happy together!! Like 3 sisters shared there testimonies about how the gospel has helped them to have a happier family and that they could have there eternal family!! Really it was great!!! We are so excited!!! One of the daughters yesterday told us that when we left Saturday they all read the Book of Mormon together and loved it also!! We are excited to be able to help them!!! And really we know that they are miracles of God!!!
We have another invest. that has had an a problem all of his life with tobacco and we taught him the word of wisdom and he took it out right when we asked him and we went back like 3 days later and he told us that he hasn't been able to do it any more because when he puts it in his mouth it tastes awful!!! (here in Argentina they put the tobacco leafs right in their mouth and like chew it and that is what he has been doing for more then 50 years) and he was able to stop in one day!!!
Another that came to church with us was just a contact in the street!!! She told us that she has been lonely and she felt amazing in the church!!
Really this area is amazing!! I am so grateful that I can work here with Hna Perez!!! Haha more about her she is 20 she is going home in Feb. so I am going to "kill her" haha I am her last comp. She was my leader in Tucuman so I knew her before and we always said that we needed to be comps! She is great!!! Speaks a lot of English!! Is going to be a math teacher! Possibly the most loving and happy person I have ever met!!! We are able to work like a team!!! Which is great!!! Haha really she is great!! I love being her comp!!!
We live above our bishop and his family which is nice and the best part of all!! His wife washes our clothes!!! WHAT like 10 years since someone has actually washed my clothes!! Haha I am pretty excited!!!
We are in the same ward as the elders so it is fun to be able to work together!!
Tomorrow we have our 1st leader counsel! It should be great!! All three of us from the MTC that came to Salta together are sister training leaders!!! haha so that is cool!!! Because we were only 3 sisters from the states that came!
Really I am just so excited to work!! And work and work some more!! It is amazing here!!!!
