hola familia!!! y amigos! Oct. 20

wow this week has been a week of learning!! sometimes in the mission we have weeks that are hard and this was one of them!! not that it wasn't good it was just hard because not very many people wanted to talk with us! but hey we all have these times!! but we worked hard and i know that we gave it everything that we could!! and really it was a good learning experience! Saturday night we where talking with our leader and he was trying to help us not get down on our selves he invited us to pray so that we could know where we needed to work Sunday and that the spirit would tell us where to go!! well we prayed and really it was amazing we both felt super strongly that we needed to go to a part of our area that we have like never worked.so we said well lets put it to the test!!!

we went to this part and we crossed the street and a 3 year old says to us, are you going to go talk with my mom. and we said sure!!!! haha and we told us where he lived! we went and it was great!! we had an amazing lesson!! and little so we know! the older brother of this 3 year old is a member!! and wow it was amazing!! we talked with the mom and dad and they were both a little drunk but they wanted to listen!! the dad stops me while i was talking and said, i feel something, i really like the words that you are saying to me it feels good!!!!! it was so great!! and he told us that he wants to quit drinking but he doesn't know how to. i looked him in the eyes and told him, you are stronger then this bottle of wine don't let this glass bottle ruin and run your life, and he started tearing up! it was amazing!! really we are excited to be able to have another lesson with them this week!!!

then we went to there neighbors house because i knew that they were members and the mom was a little timid to let us in but then she lets us in and she calls him son and husband. well long story short they have testimonies of the church they love it but they have had a lot of problems with some members but the lesson that we had with them was AMAZING!!! really the spirit was so strong!! i feel like i have met then before and really it was great!! there son offered a pray and it was the prettiest thing ever!! he said that the missionaries have ears of steal because he didn't know how we knew that we needed to come he prayed that we could help his family and he is 9!! and isn't bauptized!! but really it was so great!!!! i felt so blessed  yesterday after a week really hard the lord helped us see that he really is working right with us and that we will always answer a sincero prayer!!!

i love this work!! i love latin america!! and the latin people! they are all so great!!! i cant believe how fast the time is flying and really i don't want to come home!! sorry y'all!! but i love it here and i don't ever want to leave!!!! love you all so much!! talk with you soon!!
