June 16 - HOLA!!!

Wow what a great week haha i received like 26 emails! haha i really didn't feel that bad that i didn't get anything but hey it is really nice to be able to receive 26. haha thank you all for the letters!!! but this week has been really good! but we had some changes! really hna guerrero and i didn't think that we would be having transfers because we only have one cambio together but hey we don't know the way that the lord thinks! today we had transfers! and i am super excited! my comps name is hna rosales! and she is from peru!! haha still with the latinas! but hey i really do love it!! i am SENIOR companion! crazy i cant believe it! she has 6 months in the mission! but is super great and she already has shown me her love for the work! i am really excited to see what we can do together! because really it will be fun! she is great! SOOO loving and she talks English! haha she said that she wants to learn even more so i will be helping her but i said that i wont really talk with her in English because i don't want to loose my language! but really i am excited! claro i don't know a lot about her but she is so chill and i am excited to be able to work with her! really i am excited to be able to have the FIRE of the work again! she is really really obedient which is nice because really that is the only think that i learned from my "mom" for the mission hermana pari! that we have to be 100% obedient and through this we will receive the blessings! really i am so excited! haha words cant say it! my comp left me to go and be a hna leader! she is really great and will be a great leader! 

my ward is amazing really i love it! they are possibly the most unified ward that i have ever seen! that are all like best friends and are always doing things together! last week obispo got up on the stand and expressed a couple of his worries and he said that the numbers of member attending right now has dropped a lot and he really needs the help of the members to support the people to come back to church and the ward really responded and that have been working a lot! 

our ward mission leader is great! he was just the stake president! haha so he knows the work and really has a fire to help us work! 

this week we had a lesson with one of our invest. and he is great! his name is Daniel and he is progressing a lot but he has problems with the confidence to go to church! so we brought one of the brothers from the ward to help us and he hit is out of the park! really it was so great! he helped him understand what it feels like to go to church! and that he is going to go to his house during the week and read with him the Book of Mormon! really it was one of the best lessons that i have been in! the spirit was so so so strong and really it was so nice to be able to see the members helping us in THERE work! 

the number one thing that i have learned thus far in the mission is that this is the work of the lord! too many prayers are answered too many blessings are seen too many miracles are truly brought to pass that i cant and never will deny that this is the work and salvation of the lord! 

something that i am so grateful in the mission is the power of prayer! really i have never been able to just kneel and pray to my heavenly father but not only pray just talk openly to him and feel his love for me! really i love the power of prayer! and i love teaching people how to prayer! because really the power of pray is so so so amazing! 

my favorite thing to teach in the mission is the first vision of Joesph Smith! really i love teaching the people about his vision i love saying his words and feeling the spirit enter so strongly into the room! i love seeing the look on the peoples faces when we teach it because really rthey have the look that they have heard it before they have a strange look in there face of the fact that they know the word but have no idea where! i love it! 

really i cant say it enough!! i know that this church is true!! i love this work! it has really changed my life! it has changed the way that i thing it has changed everything! i am so grateful mostly for the power and testimony that i have received of the Book of Mormon! I LOVE THIS BOOK!! i am so sad that i didn't know the power and strength that i had in my hand before the mission and i didn't use it. but i know now! and i will never take it fro granted anymore! really i love it! 

if you cant tell i love this work! i LOVE being a missionary! i love serving the Lord everyday! of course it is hard but i would never change where i am right now for the world!
