June 23 - Wow!!

wow what a great week! really it has been a great week of learning! this wek w have been working so so so hard to be able to find people to teach again! and we really found people to teach we have 13 new invest this week! really i am so excited to be able to teach them and like 3 of them are families! really it a a great feeling to be able to see the work of gods hand in this work! i love being able to teach the people because the feeling when yuou look someone in the eye and are talking with them and you dont even realize what ou are saying or dont understand you know that it is the spirit working though you! this week has really been a week full of learning! i love getting new comp becasue you can really see what god has in store for you and what he wants you to learn! everyone of my comp is different but everyone of them i have been abe to learn so much! 

this 3eek we had a lesson with one of our new families and they are so great! prepared to to hear this message! it is so great you wouldnt believe the questions that they were asking us! it was every part of our lesson they guided the lesson because there questions were right a lot with our lesson! i am excited to be able to see there progress! 

we have been visiting a couple of less active members and really i feel this connection with them i know that i knew them before! it is such a great feeling! they have been able to help me so much but also i have been able to help them so much! really is is great! 

this week i had to give a talk in church! haha and i have learned to talk like a latina! haha i am so direct with people i really cant believe it but hey when you live with latinas only for 9 months you change! haha i spoke about the faith and that we all need to have faith that we can do the work of the lord! and that we ca help the people come unto Christ! an i told them that if we don't have the faith that we need to look for it! you will find it and if you aren't doing so we all need to repent! haha really it was good! 

after the meeting a man came up to ,me and started talking with me he asked me how we can find the faith i surprised me! i told him that have to look and look and look! and we will find it as long as we are doing it diligently! he then expressed to me that one day i will be an amazing wife.. haha kinda weird but after he told he that he has been away from the church for about 20 years and that he feel bad and he has been looking for awhile to find out how to come back and that i was going to look for the faith! really it was great he thanked me for my talk and expressed that he had felt the spirit! it felt really good! 

something that i have found that i love to do in in the mission is work with the less actives! they are so great and have a testimony so strong we just have to help them find it again! 

also this week we were knocking doors and we contacted a member that has been away for like 15 years! she is really great cute little old grandma! haha it is amazing how the lord leads us to the people that need the gospel! not only for the first time but to remember what they once had! 

this Sunday we will be getting our new mission president! so we will be having a lot of changes in the mission! but i am excited to be able to see what our new pres has! something is is that he can speak English! haha the only problem is that i cant... forgot everything!!! but this week should be great! 

oh and i will finish my Book of Mormon this week! so excited! i hope that you are all reading! and that you are all searching for more and more faith everyday! 

i love serving the lord! really it is the best thing ever! i cant say it enough! i love this mission! yes it is so hard but SO SO SO worth is!
